These terms apply to your use of the Three Pence Roasters website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll confirm your order by email; a contract is formed when we accept and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we can't verify payment — and we'll refund any payment taken in that case.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices and product availability can change without notice. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout. We take reasonable care with pricing but if an obvious error occurs, we'll contact you before proceeding.
Subscription orders recur on the frequency you select and are charged automatically each cycle at the price shown at sign-up (including any subscriber discount). You can skip, pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account; changes take effect from your next scheduled roast date. Subscriptions continue until you cancel.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where permitted, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods.
All content on this site — including our name, logo, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to Three Pence Roasters and may not be used without our permission.
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We may update the site, our products or these terms at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
