Payment card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure checkout — we never see or store your full card number.
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, manage subscriptions, respond to enquiries, send order and account updates, and — only if you've opted in — send occasional news and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in our emails.
We share information only as needed to run the store, with trusted providers such as our ecommerce platform (Shopify), our subscription provider (Recharge), payment processors, and delivery carriers. These providers handle your data under their own privacy and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Our site and checkout use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Checkout is encrypted (HTTPS). We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
